Most fence companies leave the HOA hassle on you. We don’t.

Almost certainly yes. Building without approval can force removal at your expense. We handle the ARC submission for you at no cost.
Typical Katy ARC turnaround is 7–14 days after we submit. Cinco Ranch sometimes runs to 21 days at peak season. We submit the day you sign the contract so the clock starts immediately.
Most Katy addresses (77494, 77450, 77493, 77449) are outside City of Katy limits — they’re in unincorporated Fort Bend County or Harris County. Neither requires a residential fence permit under 8ft. The very small area inside City of Katy limits has its own rules, which we confirm before quoting.
Cedar board-on-board privacy at 6ft is the default across Cinco Ranch and Cross Creek. Some newer developments (Katy Lakes, Cane Island) approve tan vinyl. We’ll match whatever your specific HOA approves.
